• Expert consultant in the pending settlement of Center for Biological Diversity v. U.S. EPA (U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, Case No.: 07-2794-JCS), 2008. See data analysis.


• Expert consultant in the successful Center for Biological Diversity v. U.S. EPA suit in U.S. District Court [Case No.: 02-1580-JSW (JL)] to require U.S. EPA to consult with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service regarding pesticide impacts on the Red-legged frog.


• Expert consultant in the successful El Comité para el Bienestar de Earlimart et al. v. California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) suit in U.S. District Court [Case No.: CIV.S-04-0882 LKK KJM] to require DPR to implement its State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act.


• Expert consultant in the ongoing case Californians for Pesticide Reform et al. v. California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) in California Superior Court, Sacramento County, [Case No. 05CS00052] to require DPR to implement the Toxic Air Contaminant Act.
