The goal of this experiment is to evaluate the level of risk posed by the presence of organochlorine pesticide residues in produce. Below is the class data from the analysis of a variety of produce from local grocery stores.

Detailed description of grading for the pesticide lab, 60 points total:

Risk Assessment Exercise (5 points)	This is the assignment that was turned in the week of Nov. 18.
The Debate (15 points)	Your grade for the debate will be an average of the Summary and Participation grades received from your peers, with possible modification by your teaching assistant if it seems appropriate.
Pesticide Report (40 points)	See pp. 129-131 in the lab manual for detailed instructions on writing the final report.
